Most people get rich from real estate. Even if all your money is in a retirement fund,  part of that money is almost certainly directly or indirectly, invested in real estate.

Real estate can make money from the increasing value of property over time, from rental cash flow, from income tax savings or postponement, from mortgage reduction over time, from improvements that increase the value. To name a few of the possibilities, more in the articles on the left of this page.

You can get rich from real estate investing. If you have the will, the mental capacity and the willingness to learn and work at it, you can make as much money as you want. I know...!  you don't have this, or that or you can't do that, or what-ever else you can think of as an impediment, it is just excuses. Look in the mirror the key to your success or failure is looking back at you.
