New Years Resolutions

Have you set your New Years Resolutions? My goal is to purchase 12 to 20 new front doors during 2012 and to finish the three we have left to do from this year.

A man with out a plan is just day dreaming. A man who fails to take action on his plan is practicing wishful thinking. So formulate a plan and then get started on your road towards wealth. It is the only way making yourself rich works.

Over the last two years Gem Rentals has added $375,000 in equities, purchased 10 front doors consisting of  1 four-plex and 6 single family homes. The monthly income when all are re-habed and rented will be $7,000 a month. From zero to $84,000 a year in gross rents is not to bad.

As our long range goal is 100 front doors we have our work cut out for us. If we can double the number of rental-able units we have each year for four years we will be there. At that point I will be able to myself $100,000 a year and my partner the same and still have money left over to hire the help to run things. I write about what I am doing ( how I am making another million dollars) on here so you can see it being done in real time with low amounts of cash invested. Well, low amounts of my own cash invested, I do use OPM and pay my lenders well for the privilege.

So no mater what your choice of get rich methods, you have to plan it, work the plan and then do it again. Effort, time and money. You have to work at it, put in the effort to learn what you need to learn. You have to overcome any obstacles in your path and keep going. You have to invest the time and some money. The more money you have, the less time, the less time you put in, the more money will be needed. But the hardest part is the motivation to get started and keep going. That takes commitment, every business man will tell you the same thing.

The balls in your court so get you plan done and get started. If not now... when? If not you...who?
