Here is some after pictures of the exterior of the 4-plex Guadalupe street project.

Close up of a corner of the 4-plex. Note A/C unit framed into the wall, new windows, new siding, new trim, new aluminum railings, new steel post, new landing, new doors. The insides of each apartment is brand new.

Here is a close up of the before so you can get an ideal of the improvement. The apartments where converted to all electric,

insulation was added to the attic and double glazed windows in all units to reduce the tenet's energy cost.
