Property work sheet

By James Edward - Posted on 12 December 2011

Here is the property work sheet I use. I fill one of these out on each property to see if the property will fit into our over all plan. I keep one in the file of each property we buy. At the end of the re-hab process and the property had been rented, I redo the work sheet to see if we hit our goal for this property.
