I sold the trailer house project today so read the article listed under articles, Making Money From Mobile Homes. It was a profitable deal and I helped a young mother get started too.

I closed on the purchase of the 5 unit apartment property on the 22nd. We will start the remodel next week (more on this deal further down). It will take about two years to replace all the tenet's leases and upgrade everything, plus it will cost about $25,000. I expect to have about $105,000 total invested in the five units when I am done. The monthly profit will then be about $1,500 a month. That is a annualized return some where near 40%. You gotta love real estate investing. I will probably re-fi and get some cash out for more deals.

I found another trailer for sale yesterday. Now I need more money. One nice thing about this real estate investing is that the more of it you do, the more opportunity comes your way. People love to help you make money.

I'm working on new articles on Real Estate syndication and should be done with that in about a month. It will be a how to manual. For those of you who think big. Then I will do one or two, just because I can.
