The time or money theory on getting rich!

For those of you who do not know it, here is the time-money concept greatly condensed. “If you have money, you can hire some one to put in the time, if you do-not have money, you have to put in the time. Because to get rich someone has to put in the time and effort.“

Two examples to illustrate;

A dentist I know is rich, he makes between $5,000 and $8,000 a month from his dental practice. He also owns 26 rental houses. For the past twenty years he bought a house or two a year. He has a real estate man who finds them for him, a contractor who fixes them, a banker who finances them and the real estate agent manages them. Over twenty years he slowly got rich.

I know a couple in Waco, Texas who are rich. He is a commission sales man and makes $3,000 to $5,000 a month. They have 33 rental units accumulated over the past twenty years or so. The wife hunts the deals down, she fixes them (hiring man power when she needs it) and she manages them. This couple is richer then the dentist.

Both of these people have more cash flow from their rentals then from work. Both are self made millionaires several times over.
