This week already

I'll be out of town this week Patio furniture trade show in Chicago.

My stocks are down, AIG tanked so I purchased some more to get my average cost to $10.44 I think as big as AIG is that they can survive and the stock will come back somewhat, it is still speculative. WM is down again today and my cost basis is $3.33 but again they are large with assets and should survive.

I ordered a VOIP phone system for my Internet business, I called to get re-roofing bids on my office rental building and to get bids on seal coating and striping the parking lot. No word from the Realtor on foreclosures yet, I will call her when I get back.

Thats' the week so far.

You can't make money if you ain't doing, so I am doing. I will update you on Monday.

This is a good time to be thinking of buying rental houses. You can buy them for 70% of last years prices, rent them to cover the monthly payments and sell them in three to five years. You should be able to more then double your down payment money.
