Whats happening

My companies phone service contract is up for renewal so I am searching for what options I have. I spend about $14,000 a year with ATT now. I will check out as many options as I can, maybe voice over IP, maybe a new phone system and just see what the different companies are offering. I'll let you know what I learn in the process.

I also began paying off everyone I can. I do not think the current high interest rates are justified so I refuse to pay them. I will begun to accumulate cash to be in a position to take advantage of the new opportunity heading our way over the next few months. I think real estate prices will be close to bottom by spring, It will be a good time to be a buyer. I think a lot of businesses will decide to close after the Christmas sales season. That will mean buying opportunities to pick up the closed businesses assets on the cheap. You could buy for resale or for use, I will be doing both. I do not remember if I wrote an article on being a surplus dealer or not, I will re-read my articles on here and see, if nor I will write it.

Sales at Patiostore.com (my retail company) and our other related web sites are up over 50% (year over year) so I that's real good news.

If you own commercial property you might want to consider refinancing it as rates will be higher next year. It does not matter who wins the white house, the fed will have to attack inflation sooner or later and that means higher rates. The consumer has not felt the inflation caused by higher fuel cost yet. Yes some food and fuel cost went up, But, commodities actually declined in the last thirty days, and lack of demand has kept consumer goods and shipping cost increases at bay.

Enough rambling I be back tomorrow.
