How to make 10% to 20% annually on cash.
So! where do you thing rich people put their money? How do you get a 10% to 20% return on your cash? Where do insurance companies invest the premium dollars? With a little more effort then traditional investing requires and just a little more risk you can greatly increase your return on invested dollars. I present here proven methods of earning 8% and higher.

  1.  Buying Mortgages See the article link below.
  2. Buying trailer homes and selling them and carrying the mortgage for the buyer, Return a profit on the sale and a 14% return on the cash. See the article “Making money with mobile homes”

  3. Home investors is always looking for lenders to fund their franchisees deals, great returns on real estate backed loans. Both short term and long term investing. Call them. One investor I know makes 24% returns from his loans with them.

  4. Invest in Real estate limited partnerships. Your risk is limited to the money invested, the general or operating partner takes the unlimited risk.

  5. Hard money lending is conducted by loan brokers. Anyone wanting a loan who can not meet the traditional requirements will seek out hard money loan brokers. Call mortgage companies ask if they know any hard money loan brokers. Most of these deals are real estate backed deals.

  6. Rental properties, there are real estate companies who specialize in finding you homes to buy that are well priced, then they handle the leasing and management of the houses. The companies advertise can be found in real estate investing magazines. Google real estate magazines.

There are many alternative investing opportunities available in the market place. Each comes with it's own risk reward scenario. Finding competent help in getting the desired end result with a minimum of risk will be the hard part.

Returns of 12% is doable and 20% annual returns is not unheard of. I don't do a real estate limited partnership unless I feel reasonably comfortable that I can get my investors 12%. I structure my deals so that I do not get any renumeration until after my investors have gotten a 8% return.
