This property Is a double wide manuafactured home on a corner lot.  Size is  27' 8' x 70' 6 '' or 1,963 square feet (approx).

Three bedrooms, two living areas, fire place, large kitchen,

laundry room, central air and heat, large master bath and walk in closet, back porch. Needs carpet, paint and minor repairs.

Repainted and with new carpet this house will be impressive. Large open very livable floor plan.
